COVID-19-PURCHASE POLICY

Customers who have ordered or reserved dresses please arrange to pay and collect your dress.

To make an appointment to collect please email [email protected] your preferred date and time along with your order number or after 16/6/20 you can call 0121 631 3574 leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP.
Please have your receipt to hand. You will be unable to collect your dress without your receipt or an appointment.

We are offering a further month to pay for your dress, after the original date of function as on your contract/deposit receipt if no new wear date has been arranged.

Regretfully we are unable to offer refunds as per contract. If you have special ordered a dress with us, we place all our special orders immediately with our suppliers, and advise you of an estimated date of arrival. To date, all dresses have successfully been delivered to the shop and are being safely stored.

This update is subject to government guidelines and will be updated as and when appropriate.

Again, we will be offering a further month for you to collect and pay for your item after the original date of function as on your contract/ deposit receipt if no new wear date has been arranged.
