Deposits​

All deposits are non-refundable. Payments or deposits are not refundable or transferable to any other items.

Sizes

Ultimately the dress size choice is that of the customer. We can give guidance but our staff cannot be held responsible should a dress be too large or too small.

Alterations

No alterations can be carried out until the items are paid in full. Sonique does not offer an alteration service and is unable to take responsibility for any alterations done by a third party.

Returns Policy

We offer an appointment service to ensure that you have the opportunity and time to try on various dresses with no obligation to order or purchase unless you choose to. In the unlikely event that you change your mind, or no longer require your purchase, unfortunately this is through no fault of our own and refunds or exchanges cannot be made. Our returns policy is also clearly noted in store.

Collections

Please ensure you inspect your purchase thoroughly before leaving our premises and where possible, try on your purchase as we cannot refund or exchange if you advise us that there is a problem with it. Sonique are not responsible for loss of beads or damages once its been taken from the premises.
