You get 90 minutes to try on dresses – plenty of time! During this time, you're welcome to try on as many dresses as you'd like. Our friendly team will be on hand to provide recommendations and suggest styles and colours you might not have considered too.

While having a general idea is helpful, you don't need to be set on a particular style until you've had the chance to try some on. Trying different styles is fun. We're here to help!

Plan Ahead for a Smooth Shopping Experience. Before you visit us, we recommend viewing our full collection online, and it's a good idea to bring screenshots of your favourite dresses or ones that caught your eye. It's a handy step to help you refine your choices and make the most of your visit.

Yes, you can buy dresses directly off the rack, and we have a vast inventory, including over 3,000+ brand new dresses in our stockroom. This ensures plenty of choices, even if you need to purchase your dress on the same day.

Fortunately, our suppliers typically maintain good stock levels of their styles. In-stock items typically take 1-5 days for delivery. However, if your desired dress isn't in stock at the time of ordering, we generally estimate a delivery time of up to 12 weeks, occasionally longer. We'll provide you with delivery estimates when you place your order.

Conveniently, we are located in a retail park with parking available right outside the store, priced at 80p per hour.

For prom dresses, we adhere to a policy of selling only one dress of a particular style to each school, ensuring that no one else will have the same dress, even in a different color.

We kindly request that all PROM bookings are made with the presence of a parent or guardian. If they arrive with only a sibling, boyfriend, or friend, the appointment cannot begin unless a parent is present.

Please remember that each booking is for one individual, and we do not permit sharing of changing rooms. We regret that we cannot accommodate multiple customers under one appointment or with only one parent/guardian.
