Prom customers will put their dreams in your hands and will be traveling all over the country to visit our store and view our industry-leading prom collections. Dress buying can often be a overwhelming experience, It is your job to make every step of the customers dress buying experience perfect.
We have exciting part time and full time opportunities to join our West Bromwich store, selling prom & special occasion dresses.

You will be passionate about our fabulous dresses, full of information and ideas for your customers and provide a professional 5 star luxury shopping experience that our customers will love and remember.

WE NEED YOU TO:

• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Successfully provide customers a 5 star luxury shopping experience customers will love and remember
• Be a role model for your team and with your own service and cleanliness  standards
• Ensure all store and company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures are met and maintained
• Actively liaise, communicate and develop good relations with your team and management.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation which is consistent with company guidelines
• Take an active involvement in ensuring smooth operations.

YOU WILL NEED:

• Previous experience with fashion-forward brands or the bridal/prom industry is preferred
• Proven ability to drive sales
• To be immaculately presented and representative of our brand in every way
• Must be bubbly and enthusiastic and able to offer exceptional customer service.
• Must have good time management skills, and complete tasks before deadlines.
• A passion for fashion, and for going the extra mile to make customers look and feel fantastic
• Good communication skills
• Ability to energetically create a fun environment and work well with other team members

The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Assisting your clients in and out of dresses and finalising the sale. Making your customer comfortable is key so you should be approachable at all times.
• Help customers to find their dream dress, recommend different styles etc to them
• Strong customer service skills to help clients find their dream dress
• Monitoring bestsellers & having an in depth product knowledge of the store
• Confidently discuss next steps with your customer & ensure they understand the process in full.
• Order form submission.
• Ensure all dresses are returned to their correct position on the rails throughout your appointment / prior to welcoming your next customer & general up-keep and cleaning of the store .
• Taking payments and discussing / monitoring any payment plans
• Ensure that the store and products are consistently maintained and in pristine condition at all times
• In between taking care of clients, the role will grow and develop to the candidate’s strengths. We are interested to hear where each candidate could add value to the company with their personally defined skills.
• Provide one to one or group appointments
• Create content for our social media pages
